Founder of CQ Taxation Services & Principal
Hi, I’m Allison Totorica, the Founder of CQ Taxation Services. My accounting career started in 2001 and I have been specializing in individual and business taxation since 2013. I have completed the Bachelor of Accounting with CQU (among other qualifications in Business and Accounting over the past 24 years), and I am a full member and qualified Public Practicing Accountant with the Institute of Public Accountants. I am the Firm’s Registered Tax Agent and I am also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified). I am now undertaking the CA ANZ Chartered Accountant program and look forward to the day I finally complete!
My passion lies with accounting and taxation and I love nothing more than helping my client’s understand tax matters and their individual tax position. I strive to work closely with each and every client to ensure there are no questions left unanswered. I started the business with the intention of providing expert knowledge and great service at the best price equally available to every taxpayer.
I love our community here in Gladstone! Previously I have volunteered my time as the Secretary on the Board of Calliope & Gladstone Community Bank® Branch of Bendigo Bank, and as the Treasurer of Gladstone Women’s Health Centre. Here at CQ Taxation Services, we regularly donate to local charities and events in and around the Gladstone region.
On a personal note, I am married to Chris and have four children, my youngest two are still both at home. I am a proud Gladstone business owner and support small business in our region and beyond.

Senior Accountant
Sarah joined CQ Taxation Services in 2021
Hi, I’m Sarah! I began my accounting and taxation career back in 2007 and have gained exceptional experience and skill since being trained to pay high attention to detail and cross-checking source documents. I love working with all types of entities, especially business clients and enjoy tax planning to help them achieve the greatest tax benefit.
I am a qualified CA Accountant, completing the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2010, and have completed the Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting with CA ANZ in 2013. I am lucky enough to work from home and feel very much apart of the CQ Tax Team no matter where I am working from.
I am a mum of two boys and enjoy spending my spare time with my partner and children.
Louise
Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Louise joined CQ Taxation Services 2017
Hi I’m Louise and I work closely with Allison as the Office Manager and I’m also the Bookkeeper of the Firm. I started as an administration assistant at CQ Taxation Services in July 2018, and through Allison’s training and guidance, I am now fully competent in all areas of bookkeeping. I am currently undertaking the Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting with CQU to formalize my experience and skill.
I have over 10 years in customer service and office administration experience and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. I strive towards excellence and take pride in cultivating strong relationships with our clients which aligns in perfectly with the CQ Taxation Services culture of providing the highest level of service; this makes it easy to go to work every day.
Personally, I have 2 young boys, Jayden who started school in 2022 and Finn who was born in November 2020, so my weekends are usually spent taking them on little outings with my partner and our 2 dogs! We love camping, fishing, heading to the beach or parks, and really don’t mind a quiet weekend in either.
Kylie
Tax Consultant
Kylie joined CQ Taxation Services 2024
Kylie joined CQ Taxation Services as a Tax Preparer in January 2024 and has worked extensively in bookkeeping and administration after entering the accounting industry 13 years earlier.
Having worked in accounting firms earlier in her career, Kylie has a passion for accounting and learning, and is enjoying preparing client tax returns and assisting them in understanding their taxation matters. Kylie is currently undertaking a dual Bachelor Degree with CQU (Bachelor of Business Major in Accounting & Financial Planning) and is looking forward to developing her skill and knowledge of business taxation.
Kylie has been a Gladstone local since 2012 and has 3 children. Kylie regularly volunteers her time at her children’s school and in her spare time, loves spending time with her children as well as doing puzzles.
Fiona
Bookkeeper
Fiona joined CQ Taxation Services 2025
Fiona joined CQ Taxation Services as a Bookkeeper in August 2025 and has worked extensively in bookkeeping and accounts administration in previous roles.
Fiona has completed the Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently undertaking the Diploma of Accounting and is looking forward to developing her skill and knowledge of business taxation.
Fiona has always been a Gladstone and Central Queensland local and has 2 young children. Fiona loves to spend weekends with family and friends and exploring the local surrounds with her kids and Partner.

Receptionist & Administrator
Teri joined CQ Taxation Services 2026
Hi, I’m Teri and I joined CQ Taxation Services in February 2026 as Administration Support.
Since moving to Gladstone in 2022, I have built several years of experience in administration while completing my Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communications. My role at CQ Tax involves supporting our clients throughout their journey with us, assisting the team behind the scenes, and helping keep our social media content engaging, informative, and up to date.
One of the most rewarding parts of the role is providing excellent customer service and helping ensure our clients have a positive experience right from the beginning.
Outside of the office, I have enjoyed getting to know the Gladstone region and making the most of the local parks and Tannum Beach with my family and friends. Weekends are often spent curled up with a good book, exploring local cafés, or enjoying everything our community has to offer.
Brenda
Contract Tax Accountant
Brenda joined CQ Taxation Services 2025
Brenda joined CQ Taxation Services as a Contract Tax Accountant to assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns. Brenda has more then 20 years Accounting experience and has owned a successful accounting practice, selling a few years ago for flexible work-life balance.
